The air conditioning was effective and not noisy at all, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout my stay. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. They even provided me with a charger for my mobile phone when I realized I had forgotten mine. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with transportation links into the town center close by and a shopping center across the road. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the basic breakfast and the lack of a mini fridge in the room, my overall experience at the Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Valencia.

As a tourist, I loved the comfortable pillows and plenty of hot water with a good shower in the bedroom. The hotel reception provided a complimentary shaving kit with a razor and shaving cream, which was a great touch. The room was clean and functional, and the location was excellent, with a walking distance to a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, there was an outdoor swimming pool available for relaxation after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Arts and Science Centre and the Oceanographic aquarium.

I felt truly spoiled, no complaints at all.
