They even provided me with a charger for my mobile phone when I realized I had forgotten mine. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the basic breakfast and the lack of a mini fridge in the room, my overall experience at the Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. As a tourist, I loved the comfortable pillows and plenty of hot water with a good shower in the bedroom. The hotel reception provided a complimentary shaving kit with a razor and shaving cream, which was a great touch. The room was clean and functional, and the location was excellent, with a walking distance to a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, there was an outdoor swimming pool available for relaxation after a long day. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Arts and Science Centre and the Oceanographic aquarium.

I felt truly spoiled, no complaints at all.

Il personale è stato gentile e premuroso, offrendo un ottimo servizio. Abbiamo apprezzato la colazione, nonostante ci fosse una scelta limitata di croissant, c'erano comunque varie torte gustose. La piscina sembrava molto bella, anche se non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di utilizzarla. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

We had a restful sleep every night, great to fully relax and recharge.
